Returns 

All purchases are final sale., We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products, including, but not limited to, downloadable products (such as e-books), gift cards, clothing. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable): 

- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If an order arrives damaged, please email us at maya[at]mayachivi.com with a photo showing the damages to the product.
